Two Babies Dumped On Orlando Sidewalk After Thief Steals Mother's Car

<p>Police looking for a stolen car in Orlando found two babies who had been buckled up inside and then dumped on the sidewalk.</p>

Police found two babies buckled into their car seats and dumped on a Florida sidewalk after a car thief stole a lot more than just the car.

The 1-year-old and 3-year-old were in their mother's car when the thief outside a hotel in Orlando just after 8 p.m. Sunday.

The thief dumped the infants less than three minutes' drive away and they were found by police searching the area for the missing vehicle.

The children, whose genders were not released by police, were not harmed and have since been reunited with their mother, who was also not identified.

The thief stole the car at the Ramada Orlando Downtown hotel and the infants were found just around the corner, Sgt. James Young, of the Orlando Police, told NBC News.

He said police have no suspect in the case and have not found the vehicle.
