First Lady Invites Dreamer to State of the Union

First Lady Michelle Obama has chosen Oscar Vasquez, a Dreamer, to the last State of the Union of President Barack Obama's administration. Jose Diaz-Balart interviewed Vasquez, a U.S. army veteran who served one tour in Afghanistan, about the honor of attending the address.
