Huge Explosion at Ghana Gas Station Kills at Least 150 People
A gas station in Ghana's capital, Accra, blew up on June 3, 2015 while dozens were staying there to escape from torrential rainfall and flooding.
Dozens of people sought shelter at a gas station in central Accra, Ghana, on Wednesday, June 3 to escape from torrential rains. But the floods swept stored fuel into a nearby fire, setting off a huge explosion at the gas station. At least 150 people were killed.Kingsley Osei Bonsu
