A 30-foot bronze statue of Nelson Mandela is unveiled by South African President Jacob Zuma, second left, watched by Mandela's oldest grandson Mandla Mandela, fifth left, outside Union Buildings in Pretoria on Monday.
The statue was unveiled as part of South Africa's Day of Reconciliation Celebrations which occur annually on Dec. 16.
