Cellphone Video Prompts Second Look at Officer-Involved Shooting

The Salt Lake County D.A.has agreed to re-examine the shooting death of 42-year-old James Barker in light of new cellphone video that has surfaced. Barker was shot and killed by Utah officer Matthew Taylor in 2015.
