*** Thursday’s “The Daily Rundown” line-up:The RNC Winter meeting is underway in Washington. Chuck will be joined on set this morning by three GOP Party Chairman: Chairman of the Iowa Republican Party AJ Spiker, South Carolina GOP Chairman Matt Moore and Jennifer Horn, who chairs the New Hampshire Republican Party. Plus, as the US Conference of Mayors also meets in Washington we'll be joined by Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter and San Francisco Mayor Edwin Lee. Then we'll take a Deep Dive into the newly released Presidential Election Commission report with Bob Bauer and Ben Ginsberg. All that plus a jam packed Data Bank and Chuck's Thursday Takeaway.

*** “MSNBC Live” Line-Up at 11:00 am ET:  MSNBC’s Brian Shactman interviews terror analyst Evan Kohlman and MSNBC’s Ronan Farrow on the security concerns in Sochi.  Chris Christie Author Bob Ingle joins to discuss the NJ Governor’s plunging popularity in his state and the latest on the “Bridgegate” and Sandy Aid investigations.  Congressmen Jared Polis (D-CO) and Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) will join to discuss the politics of pot.  Arizona State Senator Leah Landrum Taylor will talk about her pending exit from the legislature and how it could mean the state will have no African-American lawmakers for the first time since 1950.  Today’s Agenda Panel includes: Voto Latino’s Maria Teresa Kumar, Maddowblog’s Steve Benen and The Root’s Keli Goff.
