Condoleezza Rice, who served as George W. Bush's second-term secretary of state, will headline the National Republican Congressional Committee's big fundraising dinner on March 26 in DC.This will be another high-profile political appearance for Rice, who also spoke at the 2012 Republican National Convention in Tampa, FL."Condoleezza Rice's life embodies the American dream," said NRCC Chairman Greg Walden in a statement.
