New York joins the ranks of Tokyo and London in introducing it's first pop-up cat cafe, featuring cats and complimentary caffeinated beverage this week on the Bowery in Manhattan.
The promotional cafe, sponsored by Purina One, is hosting adoptable cats from the North Shore Animal League as well as guest speakers for the public from April 24 to 27. Cat cafes have gained popularity in Japan, recently expanding overseas to London in March.
