Reality TV star Kim Kardashian is pregnant again, she revealed Sunday night after the season finale of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." It would be the second child for Kardashian and her superstar husband, Kanye West.
"I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!" Kardashian told her sister Khloe in a series promotion clip that aired after the season finale of the reality series.
In an interview last month on TODAY, Kardashian discussed her difficulties getting pregnant again after the birth in June 2013 of her and West's daughter, North.

"They say if you've been trying [to have a baby] for a year, then you usually need a little bit of help," Kardashian said. "I had a tough delivery, so I understand what my challenges are. I mean, I'm seeing the best doctors, and I'm trying to do everything I can to make that happen."
