Malaysia Airlines plans to discontinue the use of two flight codes associated with the missing Flight 370 as a "mark of respect" to the passengers and crew, the airline said Wednesday.
The two numbers — MH370 and MH371 — are used for flights from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing and vice versa, according to a statement released by the airline.
The new flight number for the route — MH318 — will take effect March 14, the airline said.
