Obama Talks Ukraine With National Security Council

President Barack Obama convened a National Security Council meeting in the White House Situation Room on Monday evening to discuss the crisis in Ukraine.

After the meeting, the Pentagon announced that the United States will suspend its military relations with Russia over its hostile takeover of Crimea.

Later Monday evening, Secretary of State John Kerry headed to Kiev to seek a diplomatic end to the situation.
