McDonald's recalled about 2.3 million Hello Kitty toys in the U.S. and another 200K in Canada on Monday because the whistles can pose a choking hazard to young children.
The toys were distributed to the fast-food giant's locations nationwide starting last month. People should immediately bring the toy to McDonald's where they can either get a toy replacement, tube of yogurt or bag of apple slices.
