The event will be held in the 3rd quarter of 2011 and broadcast internationally through Pay Per View. HeadsUp President and CEO Kelly B. Kellner stated, "This represents a major step forward for HDUP as we continue to expand our business model and revenue streams from sports and entertainment opportunities."
