The advertising campaign will coincide with the Los Angeles County Fire Service Day on Saturday, May 14th. Mr. Peter Cordani, inventor and Chief Technology Officer of GelTech, will head a team demonstrating FireIce and its ability to protect homes from deadly wildfires.
Each year, Los Angeles County hosts a Fire Service Day which showcases its fire departments for the public. This year, GelTech's FireIce will be featured through various demonstrations directed at both fire department use as well as the Home Defense Unit which is for consumer use. Dozens of fire departments are expected to be in attendance along with over 10,000 people from all over California. The event begins at 10:00am PT at Station 129, 42110 6th Street, West Lancaster, CA 93534.
Mr. Cordani was also featured on Denver's NBC affiliate 9 News and Colorado Spring's Fox 21 News on Wednesday, May 3rd. Colorado has recently been ravaged by wildfires.
