The world's fastest man eased to another world title Thursday in Beijing, then ran into trouble on his victory lap.

Usain Bolt's record win in the 200 meters at the World Athletics Championships was slightly marred when a TV cameraman aboard a Segway took out the Jamaican sprinter.

Bolt tumbled to the ground, flipped over to get back on his feet and then briefly held his left leg. He then walked back to the cameraman to make sure he was OK, too.

As for the race, Bolt held off American Justin Gatlin again to claim a 10th world championship five days after nipping Gatlin at the line in the 100 meters.
