NEW YORK, Nov. 18, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MCE Finance Limited ("MCE Finance"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Melco Crown Entertainment Limited (the "Company") (Nasdaq:MPEL), a developer and owner of casino gaming and entertainment resort facilities focused on the Macau market, announced on November 17, 2010, the commencement of its offer to exchange all of the outstanding unregistered U.S.$600,000,000 10.25% Senior Notes due 2018 (the "Initial Notes") for U.S.$600,000,000 10.25% Senior Notes due 2018 that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Exchange Notes").
