Dash-Cam Cop Involved in New York Lawsuit

Michael Rapiejko, the Arizona police officer facing scrutiny for ramming his police cruiser into an armed suspect, was reportedly the subject of a lawsuit during his time with the NYPD. KVOA's Marisa Mendelson reports.
