A year ago, the Obama administration had mostly fixed the problems associated with HealthCare.Gov. It was racing to get Americans enrolled. And President Obama even sat down with comedic actor Zack Galifianakis to encourage enrollment.

A year later, with the Feb. 15 enrollment deadline approaching, the Obamacare story isn’t in the headlines as much – except for another looming Supreme Court challenge to the law.
