France Truck Attack Victims Honored With Moment of Silence

People across the world joined in a moment of silence as France paid tribute to the victims of the truck attack.

Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel killed 84 people and wounded over 200 others when he plowed a white refrigerator truck down the packed Nice beachfront on Thursday night.
