MONTERREY, Mexico, March 30, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known as OMA (Nasdaq:OMAB) (BMV:OMA), announces that it received certification as a Socially Responsible Company from the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (CEMEFI) and the Alliance for Corporate Social Responsibility (AliaRSE).

As part of the certification process, OMA evaluated its activities on 120 indicators for Corporate Social Responsibility in four areas: quality of life, business ethics, community ties, and care for and preservation of the environment.
