(Pink Sheets:HDUP) operators of the Canadian Poker Tour, Canadian Poker Player Magazine and the Canadian Poker Player Television Network is pleased to announced that it had signed a marketing agreement with Social Insider America (SIA), a leading support network for player development and incentive programs. SIA represents Caesars Entertainment International, the Calgary Stampede, Masters Packages and Orange Bowl packages as well as many other sports and entertainment groups and agencies.
The agreement between HeadsUp and SIA will aggressively target a player development program to attract players from the US and International markets to events hosted by HeadsUp including poker tournaments in Canada, the US and abroad as well as the promotion of major international sporting events. The Companies successfully partnered on the "Reign in the Ring" PPV boxing event at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas and have built a model that management expects to generate over $1.6 million in revenues for HeadsUp this year.
