*** Tuesday’s “The Daily Rundown” line-up: Consumer Reports’ Nancy Metcalf joins Chuck to discuss the consumer experience on the healthcare.gov, NBC’s Luke Russert reports from Capitol Hill on the House vote to extend the ban on undetectable guns. Also, the Atlantic’s Steve Clemons and former Sen. Dick Lugar (R-IN) will discuss President Obama’s Asia strategy as Vice President Biden begins his week-long trip to Japan, China and South Korea.
