South Carolina Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham says he’ll announce whether or not he'll run for president on June 1.

Graham, a key member of the Senate Armed Services Committee and major critic of the Obama administration’s foreign policy, told CBS that he believes he can “make Washington work.”

“I’m running because of what you see on television. I’m running [because] I think the world is falling apart; I’ve been more right than wrong on foreign policy,” he said Monday.

Graham has little support in national public polling but has more substantial backing in his home state of South Carolina, which holds a crucial early primary contest.
