Why charges were dismissed against New Mexico compound suspects

After prosecutors failed to meet a deadline to properly file charges in the New Mexico terrorist compound case, a judge was forced to dismiss child neglect charges against three of five suspects. The District Attorney says he plans to refile, while two of the suspects were hit with additional child abuse charges. KOB's Patrick Hayes reports.
