Everyone goes through ups and downs over their lifetime. On Wednesday, a Schenectady family experienced the highest high and the lowest low they could imagine in a single day. "Hell, I wanted to die," said Patricia Rodriguez. For more than two hours, her Howe Elementary School kindergartner was missing. Rodriguez put her on the school bus at 7 a.m. that morning as she always does. WNYT reports.
