From a height of 8 feet, 3 inches, Sultan Kosen reaches down to Chandra Bahadur Dangi from Nepal as they meet at a Guinness World Records event in London on Thursday. Dangi- who measures 21.5 inches tall - is considered the smallest living person and Kosen is a Turkish farmer who holds the record for tallest living male.
