At least 25 people were injured when a truck drove into a North Carolina high school, causing its roof to partially collapse, officials said.
A concrete overhang at North Iredell High School in Olin, about an hour north of Charlotte, crumbled Saturday after a Ryder moving truck crashed into it, reported NBC affiliate WCNC. Students were at the high school for a band competition and for SAT testing at the time.
Multiple students were evaluated and treated at the scene. Twenty-two were taken to area hospitals, reported WCNC.
