Davis was awarded an Emmy in 2013 for her series "We witnessed 9/11 through their lenses," which profiled six Daily News photographers who worked the day of the 9/11 attacks. She was nominated for an Emmy in 2012 in the category of Best Education Feature for her piece on an arts program that teaches beat-boxing to the blind at the LaVelle School in the Bronx. Her work has also been recognized by the National Press Photographers Association, The New York Press Club and Communication Arts.
