Michael Thomas and Tova Noel, who were on duty the night before accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein was found dead, now face charges tied to falsifying records. Authorities allege the guards covered up their failure to check on Epstein in his cell, just 15 feet from their station. The guards have pled not guilty.
