Senate Republicans took to the floor today to criticize Alabama Senator Tommy Tuberville’s ongoing hold on military officer confirmations. More than 350 promotions have been stalled for the past seven months due to Tuberville’s opposition to a Department of Defense policy related to abortion. NBC News’ Ryan Nobles explains.
