Fueled by post-pandemic interest in more "natural" foods - and viral videos on TikTok - unpasteurized, "raw" milk is having a moment. But as a growing number of states allow the sale of the product, doctors and researchers are sounding alarms about the bacterial risks that come with drinking unpasteurized milk.
