The Oura Ring 4 is an excellent health, sleep and fitness tracker if you want something subtler than a bulky fitness tracker on your wrist. I’ve tested it for more than a year, and it’s the best smart ring you can get, with very accurate and reliable health and sleep tracking. It gets up to eight days of battery life and has a flush design that is sleek and smooth inside and out (unlike the Oura Ring Gen 3). The Oura Ring app in particular is helpful and easy to use without being overwhelming.
