Detroit shuts off drinking water in all public schools due to lead, copper

Detroit public school students will start the year without access to water fountains because of contamination concerns. Tests found 16 schools with “higher than acceptable” levels of copper or lead in the tap water. Bottled water and coolers will be used until the problem is resolved. TODAY’s Craig Melvin reports.
