Early tax returns suggest some Americans will get less money than expected and could owe IRS


President Trump’s new tax law doubled the standard deduction for most middle class Americans, giving workers a modest paycheck bump. As a result, the IRS says some Americans may get a smaller refund or owe the IRS if they did not adjust their 2018 withholdings.
