Flooding from cyclone in southern Brazil kills dozens

More than 60 Brazilian cities have been rocked by what scientists are calling an "extratropical" cyclone. At least 31 are dead and thousands are homeless after catastrophic flooding swept out entire communities. NBC News' Valerie Castro reports.
