Taliban insurgents detonated two powerful truck bombs outside the Afghan government's intelligence HQ in the central town of Ghazni Thursday, killing at least 18 people and wounding around 150. It was the largest Taliban attack for some weeks and came after the National Directorate of Security had been targeted in the east of the country.
