How to watch the Oscars, where 'Shape of Water' will battle 'Three Billboards'

If the 90th Academy Awards on Sunday are anything like the Golden Globes, expect rousing speeches and politically charged moments.

The 90th Academy Awards will be broadcast live from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on Sunday, and if they are anything like the Golden Globes — the first major awards show since explosive sexual harassment and assault allegations rocked the industry — expect rousing speeches and politically charged moments.

Jimmy Kimmel, who has been vocal in his disappointment with the Trump administration on his late-night ABC show, will host the Oscars for the second consecutive year.
