Tesla’s board members are set to face a jury in a class action lawsuit that stems from a 2018 tweet where Elon Musk said he would take the company private at $420 a share. NBC News’ Jake Ward is joined by Wall Street Journal reporter Tim Higgins to discuss Musk’s legal team’s plea to a federal judge to have the trial moved from California to Texas citing “local negativity.”
